Damian Erskine is a professional touring and recording bassist, an adjunct professor of electric
bass at Portland State University, and the author of two method books, "Right Hand Drive" and
"The Improvisor's Path." He wrote the weekly "Ask Damian Erskine" column at No Treble for over a
decade and has performed with Peter Erskine, Gino Vannelli, the Jaco Pastorius Big Band, Les McCann,
and Jeff Lorber, among others.
