Terms of Service.

1. Membership

Memberships run on Memberspace with payments processed by Stripe. Sign up, choose a tier, get instant access. Renewal is automatic on monthly and annual plans — you can cancel anytime from your account modal. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

2. Content access

Lessons, materials, play-alongs, and the Right Hand Drive Companion are for your personal use as an active member. Don't redistribute, repackage, or resell any part of the library.

3. Community guidelines

The Circle community is moderated. Be kind, be useful, share work, ask questions. Posts in bad faith — spam, harassment, self-promotion that doesn't add to the conversation — get removed, and repeat offenders lose community access. Your membership otherwise stays intact.

4. Refunds

There's a 3-day free trial on monthly and annual plans, so cancel inside the trial and you won't be charged. Outside the trial, cancellations stop future renewals but don't refund the current billing period. One-time purchases — including Lifetime — are non-refundable. That said, life happens. If your situation has shifted and a refund feels like the right call, email me and we'll talk.
